A blend of our finest Roussane and Grenache Blanc grapes. After maturation we select our best barrels for this exceptional vintage that can be enjoyed immediately or kept for a few years.

Grapes are immediately soft crushed in a pneumatic press. Once the two types of fermentation (alcoholic and malolactic) have been processed, the wine is stirred regularly over a period of several weeks. Wine is aged in French oak barrels (one fifth new) for one year, then bottled and cellared before release


la vendange entière est immédiatement pressurée (pressoir pneumatique). Après le débourbage, le moût fermente en barriques. Lorsque la fermentation alcoolique est achevée, le vin est bâtonné pendant plusieurs mois. L’élevage est effectué pendant un an en barriques de chêne français renouvelées tous les cinq ans, puis le vin est mis en bouteilles et conservé en cave pendant plusieurs mois avant sa commercialisation
