We regularly organize exhibitions in our winery, offering a unique space where art and wine meet at the heart of our wine estate.
The winery has been redesigned to host artists’ exhibitions throughout the summer season. We also organize vernissages and meetings, in collaboration with the association E dans l’Art.

Doro. T – Lointains

“After practicing drawing as a child, I started oil painting at the age of 9.
Paramedical studies at the École des Beaux-Arts (Paris region) followed by long stays abroad (Tunisia, Iran) and then Grenoble, where I discovered watercolor.
In 1990, I moved to the Lyon region, where I set up a year-round painting course for adults and teenagers.
16 years later, I left the region, leaving behind 10 courses and 120 students.
– In 2006, I opened a painting class in Gordes, followed by my own gallery.
– In 2010, the Ocre Rouge gallery moved to a new location, still in the village, where I exhibit my paintings and ceramic artists.
– In 2019, I opened a large art gallery (Ocre Rouge) in l’Isle sur la Sorgue, exhibiting around fifteen renowned artists, painters, photographers and sculptors.
I took pottery and engraving courses in Paris and a full-day course at the Barthelemy foundry, to learn more about the techniques used by the artists I exhibited.
I was a trainer for professionals in all painting techniques with AFDAS, a French training organization.
At the end of 2021, following the Covid episode, I’m closing my gallery to devote myself solely to painting.
Abstraction came quite naturally after years of figurative work.
For some years now, I’ve been devoting myself to the subjective study of “landscapes”. Influenced by the strange and particular world of Tolkien and Middle-earth.
At the same time, other “character” creations occupy the studio. I imagine the lives, daily lives and destinations of walkers on the streets or in public places. I set them against an abstract background.
To this day, I still teach in my studio in Gordes. And I exhibit regularly.
My paintings can be found in many international collections.”
