Brilliant pale gold colour with touches of green. Promising nose of yellow plum, gunflint, meadow and touches of vanilla. Round, concentrated and corpulent and slightly spicy on the palate. A deliciously voluptuous style to be paired with flavoursome foods.

Guide Dussert et Gerber 2017 ❤❤❤❤
Delicate Ventoux Hautes Pierres white 2014, 56% Grenache and 44% Roussanne, vinified and aged in oak barrels for a year.  Lovely wine with hints of peach on the palate. Rich and structured on the nose, melts in the mouth.

  • Terre d’Ocres Blanc 2015

Guide Bettane et Desseauve 2017 –web selection
Despite a still reserved nose the mouth is already round and corpulent and leads to a superb floral touch in the finish.

Guide Dussert et Gerber 2017  ❤❤❤❤
The Ventoux Terre d’Ocres white 2015, made of White Grenache 70% and Clairette 30% is lively with fresh fruit and acacia flower aromas on the nose, fresh and  supple on the mouth.

  • Hautes Pierres Rouge 2013

 Guide Hachette 2016 – 1 star *
The deep garnet colour is a signature of the main blend of Syrah (80% with a complement of Grenache). On the nose, hints of leather, pepper, violets and red fruits, typical of Syrah. Built on soft tannins, the ample and powerful palate with scents of cocoa and roasted coffee, signature of the oak barrel ageing finishes with a lingering fruity touch.

Guide Gilbert et Gaillard 2017 – Gold medal
Dark garnet, crimson colour. Engaging and floral on the nose with morello, cassis, cocoa, light spices and aromas of garrigue. Vibrant, concentrated, spicy on the palate showing redcurrant and licorice aromas with an elegant, integrated structure. Substantial, lively and promising. Very southern type. To be aged.

Guide Dussert et Gerber 2017 ❤❤❤❤
Outstanding Ventoux Hautes Pierres rouge 2013, mainly Syrah (80%) with Red Grenache 20%, aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, offering ripe fruits and licorice aromas, combining delicacy and structure, silky and powerful on the mouth with a lovely aromatic complexity (morello, arena…) at the finish
