Red (Appellation d’origine Contrôlée) :
A blend of Red Grenache, Carignan and (in some years) Syrah. Bright ruby garnet colour, fresh and fruity palate: a wine that goes well with roast and braised meats, savoury tarts, delicatessen, soft and fresh cheese.

White (Appellation d’origine Contrôlée) :
A blend of Roussane, White Grenache and Clairette. Bright yellow straw colour, fresh floral bouquet, clean and refreshing palate with a fine balance between fruit and acidity. A perfect wine for poultry, veal and fish, soft fresh cheese, Asian cuisine, salads.

Rosé (Vin du Pays de Vaucluse) :
A blend of Black Grenache, Merlot and Syrah. Light pink colour, red fruits bouquet, rich and fruity palate. Ideal for salads and braised meat.


Red (Appellation d’origine Contrôlée) :
A blend of Syrah and Red Grenache. Deep purple colour with ruby highlights, intense bouquet, full body and rich extract with fruit flavours elegantly balanced by soft tannins: the winner of numerous wine fair medals. Ideal for richly flavoured and spicy dishes, game, ripe and sharp cheese.

White (Appellation d’origine Contrôlée):
A blend of Roussanne, White Grenache and Clairette. Light gold yellow colour, ample and complex bouquet, and rich and round palate: Tara’s Hautes Pierres is considered one of the best white wines in the region. Perfect with foie gras, richly flavoured dishes based on poultry or veal, ripe and goat cheese, deserts, after-dinner sipping.
