Brilliant gold colour. Forthright nose with a mix of white flower and white fruit aromas. Elegant, powerful, well balanced, pure on the palate with explicit, crispy and intense aromas, spicy in the end. The sun is in this cuvée.

Delicate Ventoux Hautes Pierres white 2014, 56% Grenache and 44% Roussanne, vinified and aged in oak barrels for a year.  Lovely wine with hints of peach on the palate. Rich, lingering, perfumed and structured on the nose, melts in the mouth. To be served with goatfish or scallops.”

The Ventoux Terre d’Ocres white 2016, made of White Grenache 70% and Clairette 30% is  very well balanced, lively, floral, harmonious on the nose, with dry-up fruit and acacia flower aromas on the mouth.

Guide Hachette 2016 – one star *
The deep garnet colour is a signature of the main blend of Syrah (80% with a complement of Grenache). On the nose, hints of leather, pepper, violets and red fruits, typical of Syrah. Built on soft tannins, the ample and powerful palate with scents of cocoa and roasted coffee, signature of the oak barrel ageing finishes with a lingering fruity touch.”

Dark garnet, crimson colour. Engaging and floral on the nose with morello, cassis, cocoa, light spices and aromas of garrigue. Vibrant, concentrated, spicy on the palate showing redcurrant and licorice aromas with an elegant, integrated structure. Substantial, lively and promising. Very southern type. To be aged.”

“Outstanding Ventoux Hautes Pierres rouge 2013, mainly Syrah (80 %) with Red Grenache 20%, aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, offering ripe fruits and licorice aromas, combining delicacy and structure, silky and powerful on the mouth with a lovely aromatic complexity (morello, arena…) at the finish.”
